Arizona Lakes

Arizona Lakes Camping
The majority of the Arizona Lakes offers campground
sites and facilities. Some camping sites are rustic with
no water or electricity, while others offer complete RV
hook-ups, restrooms and showers.

Picnicking
All of the Arizona Lakes offer picnic areas, the majority with
picnic tables with  charcoal grills and shaded area. 

Arizona Lakes Hiking
The possibilities of hiking the Arizona Lakes is practically
endless. From the breathtaking Lake Powell area
to the secluded forest lakes that are nestled in the
scenic mountains. Arizona offers endless opportunities
for outdoor exploration. 

Fishing
Arizona Lakes offers an assortment of fishing destinations
throughout the state. Since weather is warm enough
in the southern part of the state, anglers can enjoy
year around activity. There are seven popular central
and southern Arizona lakes, they include Alamo Lake, Apache Lake,
Bartlett Lake, Lake Pleasant, Roosevelt Lake and San Carlos Lake
The most common fish caught at these lakes are large and
smallmouth bass, bluegill, several diverse types of catfish,
crappie and stripers, and few other species of lake fish.

Watersports
This is one of the best ways to cool off during the summer months.
Whether your into adventure and enjoy the wind rushing through your
hair as you speed across the lake on your jet ski or speed boat, or you
just want to relax and take in the sun on your pontoon or patio boat,
the Arizona lakes have what your looking for.
